Bad Things About E-Mail
I'd say the worst thing about email is people using it for urgent things. It's the wrong medium for urgency.

Pick up the phone, or walk by. And also, long stories that take forever to read, which sometimes even don't get the point across.

That being said, however within the adult internet-using world, no one is allowed to not have email. Not having email today would be the equivalent of not having a phone number—you’d have to be really doing your own thing to go there.

How much do Malaysians spend on food?
For many households in Malaysia food shopping is among the biggest expenses.

There is no specific percentage of a budget that should go towards food. High earners do not spend proportionately more on food than low earners. At the very least, you should spend the minimum required to ensure proper nutrition. Everything after that is a luxury, and is discretionary. This is a fixed number, not a percentage.

It is also true that if you have enough money, it is easy to spot the bargains and shop less expensively anyway - something is at a good price, so you buy extra and freeze the surplus, for instance. But mainly, it’s just that when you haven’t got much money, food is simply a bigger percentage of your budget.

Why?
Some people are afraid of the word “Why”. They like life the way it is. They have fear of answering why questions because they fear their lives would change no matter how small the question.

Let them be as one day they will develop self-belief through watching others and will one day question the smallest of things. That is when they will ask “why?” to others and it will “click”. There is no real reason to be scared of the word why!
